2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Railway Corporation (United States). When you visit it, the server technically processes data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

Data may be processed in the United States. The transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the hosting provider, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The website does not load fonts or other resources from third-party servers.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email (booking or promo enquiries), we process your message and contact details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Cookies and local storage

The public pages set no cookies without your consent. Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. A session cookie exists only for the site owner’s password-protected backstage area.

5. Links to other platforms

This website links to profiles on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Bandsintown. No data is sent to these platforms until you click a link; after that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, email info@youree.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Portugal the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt), or the authority in your country of residence.
